The complete rehab of this 1890s Lincoln Park home included the installation of radiant floor heat and a Sub Z and Wolf kitchen with a custom pantry. The home featured extensive crown molding and fine trim details, as well as reclaimed wood that was used to create unique panel features. Inventive storage spaces and cabinetry built-ins were designed to utilize every inch of extra space. The home’s new main staircase was customized with a gorgeous oak goose-neck handrail. To gain additional living area, the existing basement was dug out to add more rooms, another bathroom, and a rec room with custom built-in cabinets.
